Training & Education Business Partner

ROSEN offers sophisticated and highly innovative products and services to the oil and gas and other engineering industries. * Prepares local training programs in coordination with Process Professionals and Department Managers by following the Corporate Training Guidelines. * Maintains the Training & Competence Software (includes local support, improvement proposals and managing Power-User tests). * Responsible for administration and post exam information regarding exams. * Maintains trainee and training process related records. * Provides input to evaluate the overall training effectiveness and to assure training efficiency. * Supports Function Managers to plan and initiate training for their employees in timely manner. * Assist with coordination of trainers and moderators for course-led training. * Provides relevant metrics to all stakeholders. * Ensures all training activities are performed in compliance with industry standards and local regulations. Qualifications or Skills Required: * 1-3 years of training experienced preferred. * Excellent interpersonal skills preferred. * Good Organization and Time Management Skills. * Work individually, as well as in a team environment with minimum supervision. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other web based systems.
